Yeah I know, a lot of you hate the sound of dance hall and think its all about dry sex on the dance floor but I don’t care!!
I just spent the best part of a month in Jamaica and that is all I have been hearing and take my word for it there are still some good riddim’s being produced. Movado and Vybez Cartel are going hard at the moment too. Don’t believe me, I have picked 2 of my favorite tracks from each and put them below. Tell me what you think!!
I’m back!!
Ok, after a 3 weeks in Jamaica and 1 week of complaining and wishing I was still in Jamaica I have decided to get right back on this blogging thing!!
Jamaica was amazing, met some family I have never met before, ate like I have never ate before and lived a life like I have never lived before. For anyone who has not been you need to go!! I don’t think there is better place to visit, but I still have a few passport stamps to get before I can make that statement official. Forget about the bad press you hear, Jamaica is a beautiful country and well worth a visit from any jet setter

REST IN PEACE MICHAEL JACKSON
Today like millions of people around the world I sat and watch some of the most famous people on the planet pay respects to one of the most gifted people to walk the planet. If you are anything like me you would have grown up listening to Michael Jackson’s music and trying to learn the moonwalk.
I was saying to a friend that he was more like a superhero than a human being in the eyes of many kids born in the 70′s and 80′s, kind of like one of them people that would live forever. But clearly the man with a golden glove was a human just like me and you.
I just hope that people will learn to push the bullshit to the side and focus on the positive influece that the Great Michael Joseph Jackson left behind.
